H-1B Cap Season - Reminder |
USCIS will accept cap registrations between March 7th and 24th, 2025. Lottery selection results are expected by March 31st or early April.
During this period, prospective petitioners and representatives must use a USCIS online account to register each beneficiary electronically for the selection process and pay the associated registration fee for each beneficiary.
If you are an employer and want to sponsor employees in the H-1B cap, please contact us as soon as possible so we can get things ready for the cap filing in March. |
Trump Discusses Ending Ukraine's TPS Designation |
Following the charged meeting between US President Trump, Vice President Vance, and Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelensky, tensions appear high between the United States and the war torn European country. Less than a week after the meeting, on Thursday, March 6th, President Trump spoke to reporters in the Oval Office . When asked whether Ukraine's TPS designation would remain in place, President Trump simply responded that the matter is being discussed. The potential change to Ukraine's TPS designation not only would directly affect Ukrainians in the United States with TPS, but it raises questions surrounding where the US-Ukrainian relationship is going, and the implications it will have on the ongoing war between Ukraine and Russia. |

USCMA Update |
The first joint review of USCMA (formerly NAFTA, and the basis for TN visas) is scheduled for July 1, 2026. If the three countries do not agree to extend USMCA in the 2026 review, the agreement will terminate in 2036.

Annual Limit Reached in the EB-4 Category |
